Vision
Our vision is of a world where declarations of human rights and
responsibilities have become reality. 

We advocate for a world that works for all of us.

We see lawyers being held accountable and recognizing their
responsibilities that arise from their positions of power and authority in society. 

We see an alignment between the way that lawyers operate, the culture of the community of law, the functioning of the legal system, and the values of a humane society.

We see the citizenry, those who are governed by the law, being consulted
and treated as resourceful and creative, at all stages of the legislation,
enforcement, administration, and practice of law.

Our vision of the legal community and of the soul of lawyers is that of being and expressing:

compassion.

Mission

Our mission is to interact with other lawyers and the whole legal community, to change and grow as authentic and honest persons, in the same way that lawyers lead change and interact with society to create a better world for all that is:
healthy,
diverse,
creative,
respectful of human rights and values.

The invigoration of the soul of the law demands that the legal community
and individual lawyers seek:
creative solutions,
peace-making methods,
healing of the community.

We seek to bring law and the legal community, its values and practices,
into alignment with the gains of progress and social development in the
whole of modern society.

Our Paradigm Shift:

As coaches, we aim to transform the practice of law,

one lawyer at a time,
one law school at a time,
one law firm at a time,

to restore the values of and the respect for our profession.

 We will work to increase the presence in the practice of law of: honor, authenticity,
compassion, and creativity.

We mean to restore the passion and vitality in the daily practice of law by
returning meaning, purpose, and self-expression to the personal lives of
lawyers and to the profession as a whole.

We mean to create a new professional image of lawyers as
caring teachers,
healers,
and creative problem-solvers.

We mean to encourage lawyers to develop a reverent regard for their sacred
mission as healers of social rifts to the end of participating in the
continual evolution of a better society with quality of life for all.
